NIR_files/ contains data in two directories:

• NIR_H2O_S/ with "orbXXXX_NY_H2O.txt" for water vapor and saturation.
• temperatures/ with "orbXXXX_NY_temperatures.txt" for temperature

extinction/ contains extinction data for each orbit "extinction_XXXX_Z_EXP.txt "
where XXXX is the orbit number,
Y is a number of observation within the orbit (for NIR only),
Z is the ingress (I) or egress (E) occultations,
EXP is the name of spectrometer (TIRVIM or MIR)
